Terms of Service

Welcome to Speav AI (the “Service”), operated by Slarity (“Slarity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Speav AI is a visual story builder that uses third-party AI models to generate images, narration, music, and other media from prompts you provide. The Service is offered on an as-is basis and may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the stories, characters, and media you generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely so that we can operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use any names, likenesses, brands, or copyrighted material referenced in your prompts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence, or violates anyone’s rights;
• Impersonate real people, infringe intellectual property, or generate deceptive content (e.g. deepfakes intended to mislead);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the access controls and rate limits of the Service;
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train another machine-learning model.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. AI-generated output

Output is generated by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpectedly similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or sharing it. Because identical prompts may produce similar results for other users, we cannot guarantee that any specific output is unique to you.

6. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans, credit packages, and quotas are described in-product at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance and, unless required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI model, storage, and payment providers). Your use of those providers through Speav AI is also subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slarity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
